Our customer is currently on Oracle Cloud HCM 25A and is using a Probation Checklist that contains a single task, where the Task Performer is defined as the Line Manager of the employee.

Once the checklist is triggered and the task is assigned to the manager (performer), the manager receives email notifications until the task is completed.

We have noticed that in cases where the original hiring manager (line manager) leaves the organization or moves to another role, the task continues to remain assigned to the former manager, and notifications are still sent to them—even after the employee’s line manager has been updated in the system.
