Attachments Claims workflow approval

Hi,

We have been testing approval workflow now in UAT and have noticed one problem. When you create the Claim you can enter both comments for approval and also upload a file as an attachment. None of them are visible in the approval notification user receives. There is an attachment section and I was expecting to be able to see file uploaded from the claim but did not work.

Is this expected behavior or should it be visible? Any hints what can be wrong?

We are testing manual claims in Customer Channel Programs
