Summary:

The Current Client has an Expectation to view the Panel in the Account, Contact, Lead and Opportunity 360*/ Summary Page with the Panels to have a separate Panel with the Audit Trail or Audit Log to capture the Last Update, Last Updated by and the Changes made in the system.

To add/ enable an Additional Panel "Audit Log/Trail" to capture audit log.Some of the Records are captured under the Activity Panel however can we configure a Seperate Panel called the Audit Log/ Trail in Redwood.
