Is there any option in fusion to restrict employees from deleting leave entries in timecard

Currently leave and holiday entries are synced into oracle fusion through an integration from an external system (SAP Success Factor). we want to explore if there is any configuration or control available in fusion to restrict employees from deleting these entries after they are synced.
