Multiple time cards for new hire and newly eligible

Summary:

Lately when we have had a new hire or newly eligible employee we are getting multiple time cards that they have to enter. So if someone was hired 6/21. They get one card for 6/21-6/22/2025. They get a 2nd for 6/23-6/29/2025 and then a 3rd for 6/30 -7/6/2025 and our pay period ends on 7/4/2025. Also it displays Assignment Number instead of Assignment Name. Any thoughts? Thanks! Dee Dee
