How to Edit and Approve Timecards as an admin without submitting

Hello,

Since we deployed Redwood Team Timecard, our time and labor managers don't have access to the Edit and Approve button.

Now they have to submit (that send an Approval to their managers), and then approve the timecard.

This is a two steps action instead of one. And managers receive a lot of approval notifications.

How can we restore a proper Edit and Approve feature in the team timecard Redwood?
