Change Placement of "Go to performance document" Link in FusionActionLinks Template

Hi All,

We are working with seeded in-app notifications in the Worklist Application for performance document approvals.

Currently, in the notification body, the link "Go to performance document: Redwood Performance Review 2025" appears at the bottom of the message. We'd like to move this link to the top of the notification for better visibility and user experience.

I can see that the seeded template uses the tag:
<?call-template:FusionActionLinks?>
However, moving or reordering this in the layout doesn't seem to have any effect — the link still appears at the bottom.

My questions:

  1. Is there a supported way to change the placement of the "Go to performance document" link (FusionActionLinks) within the in-app notification layout?
