Looking to advise a customer, on recommended practices for broad actions such as the ones mentioned below.

Customer business model: selling SaaS products. They are currently in multipillar implementation phase for our products.

  • Mass update of subscriptions / lines
    • Can they be applied to subscriptions in any status?
    • Which steps can be taken to mass update pricing?
    • Recommendations for salespersons updates, for example when territories get realigned
  • Can details/fields be edited without creating a new Subscription
    • For instance, fields like 'Customer'
  • For Software License details - customer sells SaaS products
    • What would be the practices to store such details, for both renewable and non renewable products
