CX Subscriptions - mass actions

Looking to advise a customer, on recommended practices for broad actions such as the ones mentioned below.
Customer business model: selling SaaS products. They are currently in multipillar implementation phase for our products.
- Mass update of subscriptions / lines
- Can they be applied to subscriptions in any status?
- Which steps can be taken to mass update pricing?
- Recommendations for salespersons updates, for example when territories get realigned
- Can details/fields be edited without creating a new Subscription
- For instance, fields like 'Customer'
- For Software License details - customer sells SaaS products
- What would be the practices to store such details, for both renewable and non renewable products
