Hello fellow community

So, I've been a customer for almost 5-7 years on the always free plan, even got my OCI foundations associate cert. Current problem is that I've been trying to upgrade to a PAYG plan on my old trusty tenancy but it seems it isn't available at all. Whenever I try to log in and open up browser console it answers back with a HTTP/404 (not found) query. Looking up old emails of registration and trying to access with them neither works at all. Customer support is practically null because account keeps being always-free, could anyone provide me any kind of
