I have two inquiries regarding our current Expense Approval configuration, outlined below:
Approval Setup Structure:

Rule Name8 - Second Participant (Parallel Type):

Rule Name2 (part2) - Third Participant (Sequential Type):

Questions:
- Why is the system enforcing Rule Name3 and Rule Name4 during the Second and Third Participants, even though these rules are not defined in those stages? This is currently causing system errors.
