Time Card Edit Access Management

Dear Team,

Our Customer has a requirement as follows;

When Employee Uses Request Time to Create a Time Entry using (For a Date where he/she has no Time Entry exists) "Request Time Change" Option. That request will be sent to Line Manager approval. But During payroll periods, Time and Labor Admin will use "Team Time Card" to add the attendance to the same date.

After LM approval, with Newly added Time Entry by T&L Admin, now there will be two time entries for the same date. Therefore to mitigate this scenario, Is there any Option to freeze time entry for a specific date, to T&L Admin. So he/she will not be able to Add Time Entry to a date, where Change Requests are pending. (Although in Time Card shows as "Time Requests are pending," to configure that as before mentioned, it would be a better approcah).
