How to transfer more than 5 salary components into Core HR using Transfer to Core HR Process.
We have six salary components in the salary basis, and the gross salary is the sum of these six components. Therefore, when there is a salary increase, HR enters the increased amounts for each of the six components, and the gross salary is recalculated accordingly.
We now need to achieve this through Workforce Compensation for a bulk salary increase. However, since only five components can be configured within a single compensation plan, how can we accommodate the sixth component? I would like to use the same budget pool, so creating a separate plan is not an option. Please suggest a suitable approach.
