How to restrict "Workflow system" Transaction While employee submits absence request.

Summary:

When an employee submits a work-from-home absence request, the approver sometimes receives notifications from the workflow system’s email address and sometimes from the employee’s email.

When employee submits the absence request .In the transaction console, the "workflow system" auto-approves before forwarding the request to the manager for approval (even auto approval rule is disabled). As per business requirement, we need to restrict notifications of "Workflow system" so they are sent only from the employee’s email address, not from the workflow system.

Since need to restrict "Workflow System" in Transaction console. Only it should be between submitter and approver
