So which behaviour will be defaulted?

Context of our issue:

Order related SOAP Services are being deprecated by Oracle in 25D.

1. We will be using SOAP services as part of orchestration till 25C.
   As part of Orchestration we are applying holds, releasing holds using SOAP Services.
