How can employees add performance goals?
Summary:
We are using Oracle Cloud HCM with the Redwood Goal Management experience enabled. When we assign a goal plan to employees, only managers are currently able to add goals to an employee's goal plan — employees do not have an option to add their own goals (the "Add" button on the employee's page is greyed out).
In the goal plan setup, the field "Allow updates to goals by" is set to "HR specialist, Manager, and Worker", but employees still cannot add new goals.
Are there any additional configurations that need to be enabled to allow employees to add their own goals?
