Why with our custom role we only see some indicated sections for some employees only?

Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask you a question.

We have configured a custom role that must see only some of the dependent "skills and qualifications" sections within its visibility cone. The problem is that we can't understand why for some employees this role can see the indicated sections while for other employees it doesn't happen.

What do we have to check? We have given the visibility of these sections to the job role within the profile content section access.

Let me know if we can do something.
