Can we add an Absence plan to capture Time off in lieu without having OTL Implemented?
Summary:
Hi Team,
We are having a business requirement to configure Time off in lieu/ Leave off in lieu.
Currently we don't have Time and Labor implemented.
Is it possible to create this plan and how can business and system use this to account the Overtime hours to go and add up to the Time off in lieu plan?
Can we use anything like DOR/Individual comp plan to enable employee submit OT hours worked and then help transfer this data to Time off Absence plan?
