Need to clear out mass bell notifications for users
We have RIVA integration enabled in Production to integrate Google appointments to Oracle sales. That created thousands of notifications for users, most of them are action required notifications which don't clear out using Dismiss all button. Is there a way to clear out mass notifications for users, we tried BPM worklist method, but that's again not accessible by users and they cannot clear out all the notifications using that method.
Can you please suggest if there's any automated method like a scheduled process to clear out these notifications?
We have created SR 4-0000599488 to understand if there was way to clear the mass bell notifications. We have many users with more than 2000 bell notifications in their global header sales screen. In this SR, we were suggested to run the "Synchronize Notifications in Global Header" scheduled process.
