Only one task should be visible to the employee, while all three should be visible to the manager.
In our current PIP performance document configuration, there are three tasks assigned. As per the requirement, only one task should be visible to the employee, while all three should be visible to the manager. However, the issue we’re facing is that employees are able to see all three tasks, not just the intended one.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? Is there a recommended way to restrict task visibility based on role (employee vs manager) in performance documents?
Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated.
