Employee able to submit the performance evaluation without performance goals
Dear Experts,
We noticed that, in performance evaluation with Goal Plan and Competencies in place, the employees are able to submit their self-evaluation for without Goals in it.
Employee has not set any goals in the goal plan and there is no validation as such in the performance form, thus allowing employees to submit their self-evaluation with 0 out 0 goals (no ratings and comments in goal section) while there are ratings and comments input in the remaining sections.
Is there way to restrict employees from submitting Self-Evaluation without goals in the document?
I see there is an idea already raised for the same in 2023, but curious to know if something was brought in redwood.
