Accrual plan based on acyive period previous year
Summary:
Requirement is an accraul plan based on the active period of an employee in the previous year and FTE.
e.g. Employee has been active for 12 months and FTE = 1 for entire period, he/she is eligible for X days in the next calendar year
Start 1/1/2024 active 12 months meaning receive X days as per 1/1/2025
If FTE is .8 the X days x .8
If employee is active from 1/7/2024 the receive X days / 12 months x 6 active months x FTE
