can we add eligibility profile to a work schedule that is already in use
Hi Team,
We have an eligibility profile in place named xyz.
This has already been used across employees. Now, we have a request from client where they have mentioned that xyz should not be allowed for women employees. Now, on workschedule there is no update option. Only correct.
If I create a eligibility profile excluding women and apply the same to the xyz workschedule will that cause any issue?
What will be the impact? Will there be any impact on employees who are eligible? What about women employees already in this workschedule?
