Not able to update Sales Order EFF when line status is Waiting Status without revision through SOAP

Summary:

Hi Team,

we are trying to update sales order line EFF through SOAP API without revision and API works perfctly fine when line status is not in paused status.

But when order is in waiting status we face below error
