Sales order approval workflow with condition on second stage

Hi,

we need to configure a sales order approval with the following conditions:

  • if the total amount is less than 50000 the order needs to be approved by approval group Level1
  • if the total amount is greater than 50000 the order needs to be approved by approval group Level1 and afterwards by Level2.

We have set up 3 serial stages:

  1. SoaOLabel.OrderApprovalStage (default): with the condition that triggers the workflow (if the BU is ****, then autoapprove)
  2. NewStage1: no conditions, approved if 1% of participants (Level1) votes
  3. NewStage2: if the total amount is greater than 50000 the order needs to be approved by approval group Level2
