Knowledge Search Service role in Internal Help Desk (Service CX)
Hello everyone,
I'm running a test in the Internal Help Desk (Service CX) module and need to validate the behavior of the Knowledge Search Service role when assigned to a user with the Internal Help Desk Agent role.
The goal is to ensure that this user can only view the knowledge base, without permission to edit or create articles. The intention is for these actions (editing/creating) to be restricted to knowledge base authors or administrators only.
Has anyone had experience with this scenario? Do you know if the Knowledge Search Service role grants editing permissions or if it is limited only to searching and viewing articles?
