Where can we find the columns in OTBI for Work Order Notes from new My Maintenance Work?
Currently with the Dispatch List, our technicians enter the completion notes when completing an operation. These notes are reviewed at the end of the week by a supervisor and we've been able to create a report in OTBI that pulls the note from table WIE_OPERATION_TRANSACTIONS and column TRANSACTION_NOTE. With the new My Maintenance Work UI, the technician can enter notes on the work order as well as a enter a work summary when completing the work order. My question is, where are these notes being stored that can be accessed via OTBI for reporting purposes?
