Anyone get a java message error upon invoice prepayment application?

Summary:

Hello I created a prepayment invoice and applied it to an invoice.
I get a java error message upon Completing the invoice.

Cannot invoke "java.math.BigDecimal.compareTo(java.math.BigDecimal)" because the return value of "oracle.apps.financials.receivables.transactions.shared.model.entity.TransactionLineEOImpl.getRemainingPrepayAmount()" is null
