Hi Everyone,

I'm facing an issue while trying to compose a message in redwood service center in an SR.

I created a social channel service request.

I'm able to create message record from classic UI with social channel type. But while I'm trying to create a new message record in redwood using social channel type I'm getting below error :

You must select channel for your response because the last customer message was received through this channel. (SVC-5295208)

I'm adding screenshot for reference.

Can somebody help me with this issue how can i resolve it.
