How to track email delivery status for the emails (invoice, dunning) sent to customers?
Summary:
Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable (AR) sends high volumes of customer emails daily, such as Invoices, Customer Statements, and Dunning Letters. However, there is currently no visibility into the delivery status of these emails (e.g., whether they were successfully sent, failed, bounced, or read). This lack of tracking creates challenges in collections, increases manual workload, and negatively impacts customer satisfaction and cash flow.
There is no option for editing the BIP Host server (SMTP), so we can't process these emails through any third-party SMTP. Appreciate it if you could suggest a workaround for the problem.
