UK Parental Bereavement Leave Paying for Re-Hire less 26 Weeks
UK Statutory Parental Bereavement Leave is paid up to 14 calendar days as long as the employee has been employed with no breaks for 26 Weeks.
This Fusion functionality is seeded and uses the new Absence Case Functionality, not a Fast Formula.
We have noticed for New Hires ( no previous employment ) that is a Absence Type for Parental Bereavement Leave is entered with 26 weeks from being hired the seeded certificate of 'Employed Less Than 26 Weeks' , which is correct functionality. Thus no Statutory Parental Bereavement Leave is paid.
When we do the same for a Re-Hire, they have worked previously for the company , that when Absence Type for Parental Bereavement Leave is entered with 26 weeks from being re-hired that the seeded certificate of 'Employed Less Than 26 Weeks', is NOT triggered and the Statutory Parental Bereavement Leave is paid. This is incorrect
