Absence entry error while entering time card says no balance for an qualification plan

Summary:

We have a FMLA qualification plan with "rolling forward" and 480 hrs as entitlement. We have create a time entry validation to stop the employee submitting absence beyond 480 hrs. This logic is working fine when we submit absence from absence module.

We are using the Time layout set with Projects and absence (Single attributes).

The issue is when we submit absence for 480 hrs and try to submit time card the application is trying to submit the FMLA plan second time and poping up an error message of no balance. Not understanding why the absence is trying to submit again.

Can anyone help me if you faced this issue and find any work around.
