How to enable help for crearting transaction

Hi,

How can I enable the Help menu in Redwood UX when creating transactions such as work orders, purchase requisitions (PR), or purchase orders (PO)?
In the classic interface, we could add hyperlinks to user manuals or SOPs while creating new transactions, but I haven't found a similar option in Redwood.
Can anyone guide me on how to enable or configure this functionality?
