Delegation failing when we delegate 5 approvers tasks to 1 person

Summary:

We have a serial with 5 approvers A, B, C, D, E and we have set Delegation rule for all those 5 people and all 5 are delegated to one person X.

  1. When we create an invoice. It goes to A and Delegates to X, next it goes to B and Delegates to X, next it goes to C but not delegating to X but approval is stuck pending with C.
  2. We tested another scenario by setting Delegation rule for A, B to X and set delegation of C, D, E to Y. In this case it works fine with no issue.
