Manager unable to view the Team Timecards in Redwood Time and Labor

Summary:

We have enabled Redwood Time and Labor in our test instance. The manager is unable to view team timecards under My Team > Time > Team Timecards.

We have already added the seeded line manager role to the manager; the manager still cannot see their team's timecards. Could you please confirm:

What additional privileges or roles are required for a manager to view team timecards in Redwood OTL.

Are there any custom role setups or Jobs we need to check.
Please suggest on the above.
