What is the largest character limit for a DFF field usable within a Person Profile section?

Summary:

For technical reasons the client wants to replace the delivered CLOB text field available within Memberships on the person profile with a high character DFF. It appears the largest option I have when creating this is 150. Does anyone know of a Value Set that is availble to use in Talent profiles that is greater. I am searching HRC_CHAR…..for the value set
