Uploading workforce compensation plan changes using the Integrated Microsoft Excel workbook.
Summary:
I am able to download our workforce compensation plan into excel, and I can see that most columns are highlighted in gray, and a couple are white. I see in the help center that 'after the download completes, you can change data in cells with a white background', and I am not able to change data in cells with a gray background that gets uploaded to Oracle. 1- what determines if a column/component is gray or white and 2- how can I edit the column component in the setup to make sure it shows up as white, and therefore editable,
