The compensation plan components have many columns for user needs. For e.g. If I have plan where I fix a certain amount like a floor value which needs to be provided to an employee, I use "Compensation Amount Minimum - Component 1"
And if allocation cannot be less than certain mapped value then we may use "Target Compensation Amount Minimum - Component 1"
Both are like a floor value below which compensation amount cannot exceed.
