AOR visibility restriction ignored in Talent Pool and Talent Review

Hi team,

we created a data role with limited visibility restricted to the legal employer. However, when I add a member to the talent pool, the value list also shows people outside my visibility scope. Although these people appear in the list, the system prevents me from adding them and displays an error message.

This issue also occurs in other fields within the talent review, such as the “business leader” field.

In other functionalities, like creating a performance document, the value list correctly displays only employees of the legal employer for which the HR has Area of Responsibility.

Could you please help me understand why this happens?
