Opportunity Product Currency Defaults to USD Instead of GHS Despite Multicurrency Setup

When an opportunity is created and a product is selected, the currency on the revenue line defaults to USD instead of Ghana Cedis (GHS).

We have already enabled the following profile options:

  • MOO_REVN_ENABLE_MULTICURRENCY
  • ZCA_COMMON_CORPORATE_CURRENCY (set to Ghana Cedis)

Despite these settings, the revenue line currency still defaults to USD instead of GHS.

Steps Taken So Far:

  1. Verified that ZCA_COMMON_CORPORATE_CURRENCY is correctly set to GHS.
  2. Confirmed that MOO_REVN_ENABLE_MULTICURRENCY is enabled.
  3. Checked user preferences – the currency is set to GHS.
  4. Reviewed sales territories for currency influence – no clear overrides found.
