Employee switching pension plans in same program and auto enrollment is not working

Summary:

Due to a status change employee is eligible for health, HSA, dental, life insurance, EAP and should switch to a new pension plan. Old pension plan enrollment is ending 7/31/2025. New pension plan enrollment should start 8/1/2025. Enrollment window is started on 7/14/2025 with enrollment opportunities for all plans, except pension. Expected behavior: Employee should be automatically enrolled in the new pension plan.
