Performance Document Eligibility Processed for eligibile employee not reflecting in Redwood UI

Summary:

When navigating to My Client Group → Performance → Performance Eligibility, we’re unable to successfully process eligibility.

I followed the required steps: searched for the employee, provided the performance document details, and clicked on Process Eligibility. The system indicates that eligibility is being processed; however, the document does not appear in the section where the message reads:“After performance documents are processed for an employee’s eligibility, you can see them here.”

Since the document fails to appear, we are unable to create performance documents for the employee.

I have tested this using the seeded Human Resource Specialist role, and still this issue persists.
