Unable to navigate to Sync Configuration Page for Microsoft outlook integration for CX Sales
Hi all,
We're following the below document for implementing Microsoft Outlook integration with Oracle CX Sales. However, we're finding problem with navigation.

Topic: How to Get to the Sync Configuration Page.
The document says that we need to navigate to Configuration > Application Composer > Productivity Applications Setup from outside the sandbox. But this option is available only inside the sandbox. Also, the option Sync Configuration is not visible.
