Some of our users need to book expenses by the expense management module to a project. They are currently unable to do this. Our implementation partner recommends giving the user the role "Project team member". Giving this role to the user will impact our licenses, and the users are not using the project module itself, only booking expenses to a project. Is there another way to give users the capability to book their expenses via the expense module to a project, without giving them the role "Project team member"?
