Fusion Field Service Cloud : Unable to see resource information as Read Write

The Screen configuration has the values Read/Write for many of the fields under Edit/ Resource Information.

But not able to make it read write from application UI.

Has any one faced this issue before. This has actually stopped working after export and import of user types from on environment to another. But the source environment has the fields read /write.
