Before Redwood managers used the goal setting step to select from existing employee goals and completencies, indicating which ones are to be included in the peformance document. Next step employee evaluation followed by manager evaluation.
How to adapt this process in Redwood?
The switch "not ready to evaluate" does not help because it´s the manager who has to decide which elements are to be evaluated.
