Old job profiles remain after P2T refresh and cannot remove or deactivate

Summary:

We had created job profiles in a lower environment that were part of our testing for grow and dynamic skills. These job profiles were never moved to our production environment. Recently, our lower environment was refreshed from production and the job profiles created prior to the refresh remain. These profiles are unresponsive and are unable to be deleted. Is there any way to remove these job profiles? Thanks in advance.
