Hello Folks,

Greetings,

I am working with routing plan and trying to implement one functionality with routing plan that suppose one routing plan executed and assign the activities to technician but somehow the technician was unable to start that activity on time let say the activity is scheduled for 10:00-12:00 timeslot but technician was unable to reach and not able to start the activity.

So another routing plan will executed and moved that activity to another new technician and same happen for every time "if the activity was not started after X minutes" by the technician.

Can anyone provide any suggestion I am thinking to use message scenario to set custom property and the same property we can use to execute the routing plan.
