Ability to Add new Column in Employee Search LOV Redwood

Hi,

When we try to search any employee ( from My Client Group>Performance>Performance Document>Employee Filter) a list of value opens (showing employee Name, Business Title, Email, Person Number) from where we can select our relevant employee. The problem is that, this LOV doesn't show whether the assignment visible in this LOV is active or inactive. As you can see there are 3 rows for the same employee and we don't know which one is active or inactive. Our requirement is to add a new column of Assignment status in search LOV so that we know which assignment we are selecting.
