Unable to see assigned goals in Performance Document
Hi Team,
We’ve configured a performance document with 5 sections: collective goals, individual goals, competencies, overall summary, worker final feedback.
The evaluation of collective goals is handled during the goal setting phase through a custom field. As a result, in the performance document, this section is view-only for both the manager and the employee.
Individual goals are assigned during goal setting and are evaluated by the manager within the performance document.
However, the manager currently sees both goal sections (collective and individual) as empty in the performance document.
It’s important to note that the person for whom we created the document does have assigned goals.
