What is the payload for "Contact Request Assigned - Manager" email template?

With a recent release there is a new email template for the "Contact Request Assigned - Manager". The Readme.txt file indicates it has an object "data.contactRequest" but it does not show the properties of the object. Can we get a list of what to expect?
